Bazen bu optimal \u015fekilde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmez ve implantasyon sorunlar\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar. Canl\u0131 embriyo, reseptif endometriumda devam eden bir gebelik i\u00e7in y\u00fcksek \u015fansla implante olur.  <\/p><p>Defansif endometriumda, ciddi vakalarda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u011fe yol a\u00e7abilecek implantasyon sorunlar\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilir. S\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 canl\u0131l\u0131\u011fa sahip embriyo, defansif endometrial ko\u015fullarda implante olmaz. <\/p><p>Y\u00fcksek reseptif endometriumda endometrial se\u00e7icilik daha az etkilidir, implantasyon ger\u00e7ekle\u015fir ancak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck sonucu olabilir. Ancak normal, devam eden gebelikler de m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr: &#8216;k\u00f6t\u00fc&#8217; olan da dahil her embriyo \u015fans\u0131n\u0131 elde eder (bkz. Embriyo-maternal diyalog \u015femas\u0131). <\/p><p>Bu ba\u011flant\u0131larla biz ve patoloji ve laboratuvar t\u0131bb\u0131ndan se\u00e7kin ortaklar\u0131m\u0131z uzun s\u00fcredir yo\u011fun olarak ilgileniyoruz. Deneyimlerimize ve bilimsel literat\u00fcre g\u00f6re, implantasyon bozuklu\u011fu \u015f\u00fcphesi durumunda, \u00f6zellikle killer h\u00fccre resept\u00f6r tiplemesi ve endometriumun imm\u00fcnohistokimyasal reseptivite testi gibi ileri tetkikler, uygun \u00f6nlemlerle daha az canl\u0131 embriyolar\u0131n \u015fans\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmak i\u00e7in \u00f6nerilmektedir. <\/p><p>Rahim i\u00e7i zar\u0131n\u0131 korumak i\u00e7in, erken d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck durumunda her zaman k\u00fcretajdan ka\u00e7\u0131nmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz ve bunun yerine tercihan ayakta tedavi \u015feklinde, ultrason ve hormon takibi alt\u0131nda Mifepriston ve Misoprostol ile medikal gebelik sonland\u0131rmas\u0131 uyguluyoruz.<\/p><p>Bu ve di\u011fer yard\u0131mc\u0131 incelemeler ve sonu\u00e7ta bulgular\u0131n ve tedavi se\u00e7eneklerinin tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in uzmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 sunmaktan memnuniyet duyar\u0131z.<\/p><p>Tedavi spektrumu uygun antibiyotik kullan\u0131m\u0131, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck doz kortizol, aspirin, heparin ve son olarak G-CSF b\u00fcy\u00fcme fakt\u00f6r\u00fc uygulamas\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7erir.
