(DIR) as an excerpt from the large 2023 yearbook<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>This special edition is aimed at all couples with unwanted childlessness, all couples who are currently undergoing fertility treatment and also the interested public in general.<\/p>\n\n<p>The document is an excerpt from the D\u00b7I\u00b7R Yearbook 2023 of the German IVF Registry (D\u00b7I\u00b7R)\u00ae. It contains important nationwide figures on fertility treatments in Germany for the years 2022 and 2023.<br\/><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-0264d9f8 alignfull uagb-is-root-container\"><div class=\"uagb-container-inner-blocks-wrap\">\n<p style=\"padding-top:0;padding-bottom:0;font-style:normal;font-weight:600\">Important content points:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In 2023, 131,000 treatment cycles were documented, compared to 127,292 in 2022.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The pregnancy rates per embryo transfer in the fresh cycle were 31.0% in 2023 and 30.7% in the cryocycle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The birth rates per embryo transfer in 2022 were 22.5% in the fresh cycle and 22.1% in the cryocycle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The multiple birth rate has fallen significantly since 2017.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Single embryo transfer is increasingly being used to avoid multiple pregnancies and associated complications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It is recommended not to have two embryos transferred in order to minimize the risk of premature births and complications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);margin-right:0;margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40);margin-left:0\">The document emphasizes the importance of counseling and choosing a D\u00b7I\u00b7R member center for successful fertility treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\" id=\"https:\/\/www.kinderwunsch-doc.de\/\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button is-style-outline is-style-outline--1\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-ast-global-color-5-color has-ast-global-color-1-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.green-ivf.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/dir-jahrbuch-2023-sonderausgabe-fuer-paare-komprimiert.pdf\" style=\"border-style:none;border-width:0px;border-radius:51px\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">D\u00b7I\u00b7R YEARBOOK 2023 &#8211; EXCERPT | 11\/2024 EDITION 4 | PDF<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Special edition of the German IVF Registry e.V.
